[TechAssist] Sony KPR-46EX25 lines

As they say "oldie but goodie". Whats happening is
that sometimes the pix will get dark bars running and
moving thur pix (vert)and goes slightly dark then
returns to normal good pix. We have changed alot of
caps but not the right one yet. Problems seems to be
past video input because its the same off-air or vcr.
When I think I have it repaired I put back together
and after awhile it starts again. Maybe someone has
some notes. Thanks Ben
