Hi Bill,

I've seen a lot of these TVs and the fix is to replace the crt boards. I'm
not sure, but there might also be an upgrade/bulletin regarding crt arcing
that kills the outputs, you might want to try that if the crt boards are a
little too pricey for your customer. Let me know if you need any info.
