My advice is be very careful with Sony chips, If you get generics most dont
work correctly. I believe its a little game they play, there now seems to be
more and more components that are manufacturer specific. Sony are the greatest
exponent of that little trick followed closely by Philips so quote at
manufacturers prices and stay safe.
