way on to shut off

The fuse Gary mentioned is for a read disk error.

Anyone have a Manual on the above unit.
All I get is the Power Light comes on. Push Power, light turn green for a few 
seconds, then turns red
again.
I supect something in the Power Supply, but need the Manual.
