[TechAssist] Sony Camcorder - CCD-TR57 - Blue Screen Recording

Customer said she saw message "clean video head" in viewfinder while
recording. Playbacks were snowy. She then used one of those video head
cleaning kits, the ones with the bristles and a solution, now playback
is just a blue screen. I don't have camcorder signed-in yet therefore
have not cleaned or inspected the video head. What other problems could
cause this?
