[TechAssist] Sharp tv 19RV629P no channel display: fixed

Original complaint was raster fading away intermittently. Resoldering some
bad connections cured that.

Then had good picture and sound, but no on-screen display.

Cure: changed leaky D1904 (1SS119) which is in line that sends horizontal
sync pulse to pin 39 of micro. Used NTE519 equivalent.
