     Thanks. I will use this info tomorrow to troubleshoot the set. I 
believe ic101 is where the loading is. I have the 12.5 on pin 3 but have 
less than a volt on pin 1 . I suspect the micro hopefully it will be 
something less expensive and a lot easier to solder in place.  Thanks
