[TechAssist] Serial number request by Force32

I downloaded and installed PH-7562. Force claims this is encrypted info and
a prior user serial number is required to open the program. Does anyone know
what this is about and a workaround for it?
Specifically it states "Your data is encrypted with a previous serial number.
Go to one of your other PCs and get it." Thanks,
