[TechAssist] Re: Schematic for Panasonic AG-1960 SVHS vcr

Dont want to mislead, because I have not had that problem on that model, but
on other older Panasonic SVHS models the SMECs on the hybrid filter and
video process hybrid ICs have reached the end of their life, causing various
video problems.
