[TechAssist] Sanyo Model DS35750 - No sound, no video

Sams index 4286 -- This set hit by lightning. Turn up screen control,
slanted white lines. Has hi-voltage full raster, no video and no
sound. Changed LA7673 - signal processor. Voltages on Eprom
normal. Injected signal at IF and also at video outputs. Still no video
or sound. Any help here would be much appreciated.
