Do you have your 27v going to pins 8 & 13 , LA7838 ? If voltage is missing,
trace back to HV xformer ,T402 look for open resistor ( low value 1 to 1.5ohms
?) Open Vert. yoke ? Sorry I can't be more specific, I'm looking at two Sanyo
schematics" 91 & 98", both use La7838 for vert. Congratulations ," 81' and
still repairing TV's!
