First this Sanyo DS31590 TV was at another shop and the main smps
chopper reg transistor Q601 was changed with a wrong part. Replaced it
several times, but regulator blew at plug in. Found a bad flyback was
fault. Ordered orig. flyback and regulator, installed both, now picture
perfect but the OSD "bounces" up and down (vibrates severly). The channel
number as well as the menu.Is there a character generator causing this?
Maybe a sync pulse to the OSD circuitry is incorrect? Need specific info
here. Customer antsy. This is for a fellow shop that has really helped
me (and us all,as I submit his fixes, too)This seems similar to the
DS25590 and DS27590 TV's.-Phil Bader
