[TechAssist] Sanyo DS25550 Dead TV

1995 date. Chassis 25550-00 Came in with STR30130 shorted, and H.O. leaky,
near shorted. When replaced there is about 108 vdc on Collector of H.O. When
Power button is pushed, power stays on for 3-4 seconds, the shuts off. H.O. is
warm by this time. Removed H.O., and placed bulb in circuit, it lights
brightly. This could be Fly- couldn't it? Have no diagram. And haven't found
anything shorted yet. Its going to be a slow one.
