Chip quick works but sometimes messy, cut the leads off at body of chip
probably works ok but I have not tried that method. Hot air is my
favorite way to remove. Get the hang of it then just the right amount of
heat and the chip will lift right off with no damage.I used a Weller
PyroPen junior for years then bought a hot air station, ATTEN 8502, real
nice and not expensive at all.
