Which subs did you try? did you check and or replace a 1 uf usually ~ 160v
on the drive transformer ( unless SFS changed ther designs again)

Sanyo TV AVM3659G - dead. SAMS 4118. HOT shorted. Replaced with 3
different subs. In 5 minutes runs too hot to touch. Ran on test jig - no
problem. Ringed yoke ok. Do I have to use original HOT 2
SD1880-CTV-YB? Thanks for any help.
