hi tommy,
              when our cable company went to digital signal, we got flooded
with calls low vol, distorted and erratic sound. all were being operated
basic cable no cable boxes... no calls from cable customers with the cable
boxes. you may want to check with customer and tell her to get cable signal
checked first.... first before your trip.....
