[TechAssist] Sanyo AVM3259G fluttering sound

Have a call to go out of my normal travel area to check out a sanyo Model 
AVM3259G under Best Buy warranty. Customer says the unit has fluttering or 
rattling sound on some channels. They say they do NOT turn the Volume up 
loud. Seems to me that if there were an audio problem it should do it on all 
channels. I really do not want to travel that far and find out that the 
problem is in the cable. What do you guys think?
