Yes, this is correct. I have approx. 68V on the cathodes when the
picture looks normal. Most sets I've measured about 120V on the
cathodes, so it really does seem like the cathodes are low. Disconnected
from the CRT, cathodes measure 191V (no load). I have a CRT checker but
it is a piece of $ # & % . B&k 465, which I hate to even connect to a
newish tube.
