[TechAssist] Samsung TV TXG2547

Volume wont go down and when push Volume up set will turn off. Has to be
e-prom  Ic 902 or micro Ic 901, cant determine which with out manual .
Has anyone else seen this? was going to do the Micro first since it
costs more. TIA
