Try powering up with new fuse and all convergence yokes unplugged
Does it still blow fuse ?
If not turn off and reconnect 1 yoke at a time
May have coolant leak around blue tube/yoke

> This PTV came in with severe convergence problem. Heatsink for the three
convergence IC's was cold. Found fuse F855 blown. It supplies the
convergence board with -26V. Replaced fuse and all three IC's (STK 391-020).
Powered up and instantly blew the fuse again. Have checked both neg and pos
26V loads for shorts, found none. Checked all three convergence yokes, all
read about 1 ohm. The neg and pos 26V supplies only feed the three IC's.
Have checked all caps on both supplies, OK.
