[TechAssist] Samsung MVR3150C/X No turn on


Can anyone help me on this older TV/VCR Combo. It won't turn on, the SMPS is
not coming up. There is 165V on the switching transistor. I've change C810
(this cap usual trouble) ,the IC 801 has been changed and Q801 has good back
to front ratio. The other components in the cct. all check OK. Any help
would be appreciated.
