Hi All,

Samsung 52" PTV model PCH521R

Set has bad bow at both top & bottom, Convergence menu comes up but is way 
off and not adjustable. Found open (F855A) 3A fuse On +13v And -13v Supply 
Lines In Power Supply. I have no print on this Set.

What would cause the 3A fuse to open? Are all (3) of the STK390-020 
Convergence IC's bad?
