We got a call today about a Sampo PME-42VE plasma that has sound and picture for a very short time, and then the picture goes black (sound stays). Does anyone have any guidance on a set like this? I haven't found anything searching the web yet, other than a story about a dissatisfied Sampo customer who lost the picture and returned the set to Costco.
