[TechAssist] SONY KV-27S42 /BA-4D chassis dead, no 5v standby

7 volt stand by is present on pin 1 ic002.
Pin 8 is the output and has about 2 volts on it.
Lifting pin 8 does not restore the 5v standby 0n
pin 8.
The only part no. is on the schematic NJM78LR005.
That does not show up at Tritronics or in a google
search.
This is a 8 legged(4 on a side) surface mount 5
volt regulator.
I feel that it is bad but wanted to ask the list if
anyone thought the problem could be something else,
and where to get it.
