[TechAssist] SONY KV20M10...No Video or OSD

Dear Friends,
We have a sony KV20M10...Has sound, but No raster or OSD...If the screen is 
turned up, we see blank screen.  There is video on pin 3 of the jungle chip 
(CXA1465AS), but nothing out on the RGB out pins 20,22,24.  The volts on 
those output pins are near zero...There IS B+ on pin 9.  

Sure thought the jungle chip would cure it...Imagine my disappointment when 
it didn't....Am open to any suggestions.
