I thought the Terminator was gonna Kick A** out there and stop rip offs like
this....unreasonable Rent increases, 3 year Car registrations etc. If I were
you I would give him a Call. I have heard he follows up on inquiries, unlike
the past regime. But if you need a Change its understandable....and WOW I
didnt think you were 74 yrs old when I spoke to you on the Phone ! You
sounded at most 40-45......74? Never would have known.
I hate SOB Landlords who try to soak you for more rent when they see you
with a new set of clothes or something.
