Good morning --

"Ask here, get an answer here" is certainly not unreasonable.

Myself, I talk a lot better than I type, so I always prefer to
pick up the phone, but I understand that not everyone shares
my personal preferences.

We did call but you weren't in.

Your dentist must be better than mine ;-)

One of the great things about a free-market economy is that we
each have the right to choose where we spend our money, and I'm
a great believer in "voting with my feet" -- if I don't like
someone's products, services, or the way they do business, I
go elsewhere.

However, if there's a possibility that you could save 10 or
20 percent on *exactly* the same -- or better -- products,
(which, based on your stated spending of $2000 per month,
translates to $200-$400 each month), doesn't it make
sense to check that possibility out? Especially since there's
very little risk involved in doing so. We offer free shipping
and handling on orders over $50 (except woofers and aerosol
products), a 90-day warranty on semiconductors, a one-year
warranty on flybacks, and we'll give you your money back if
you order from us and don't like what you see when you open
the box.

This is getting pretty lengthy, so I'll close it up, but I
want to mention that we never, ever, suggest that anyone "dump"
their existing, trusted supplier(s) and just start buying
everything from us. Every distributor has their strong and
weak points (our strong point is semiconductors -- we're a
direct importer).

What we *do* think is a reasonable thing to do is to try a
small order from us and see what happens. After all, at
one time the distributors you mention were "new" and "unknown"
to you as well.
