Repair tip for Magnasonic TV GCT-5517, Goldstar chassis NC-95A

Symptom:

Severe smear in video- dark on left side of screen, smearing across to 
the right side.

Solution:

Replace C471- 33uF 25V  and  C565- 4.7uF 250V
