[TechAssist] Repair tip for Daytek monitor DT-1926D, black splotches on screen

I have this Daytek 19" monitor, model DT1926D in the shop. The display
was very strange. There would be full light on the left side of the
screen but a couple of inches in from the left, dark areas would appear,
as if covering over the light in some places. Being this is hard to
describe, I took a picture of it and posted it for a limited time:

This problem was very temperature sensitive. The hotter the chassis
became, the more of the screen showed the proper display. I used cold
spray and a hair dryer on this one to locate the defective part.
The solution was Q408, a 2SC3198. I used a 2SC1815 instead.
