I certanly can believe that Norton didn't take care of him. I had
problems with Norton about four years ago. I had installed it and
updated. A a couple of days later I was zapped with the Nimda virus.
Norton claimed I needed to upgrade to a newer version and it would cost
another $27. I informed them to go F*** themselves. I uninstalled it
and returned it to the computer store that sold it to me.
The rest is history.
