Eric - I am looking at a CTC177AB.
I would say those voltages are OK.

Hi need some help this set had reg shorted CR4106 shorted replaced it
set came on ok.I checked the B+ in standby it,s 149 volts in run it
drops to 142 volts.On pin#1 of the reg ic I have -40 volt and on pin#2 I
have -33 volts.I this ok the reg or the hot is not getting hot. Thanks

Ps I also changed the 10 mfd 200 volt cap
