Larry, check your audio outputs first, some of them are nla, no sense
putting hours into the set if the audio parts aren`t available. I have fixed
OSD problem  by replacing the eprom u3200, CR4709, C4401, any one of these 3
can
cause the shift to the left, your standby B+ is  too high
so replace CR4101 & CR4106 (just replace them don`t check them)
 the fact you have to pull the
audio plug of course  means new caps and audio IC`s, I hope you gave this
guy a high est. for this
