[TechAssist] RCA-BS/ P52731WK / PTK169PGB

Set was in tick tick mode, replaced HVB it fix the problem. Now after A mouth 
ch-2,3,4,and 19 [as far as we know]come and go. It's like it's out of tune. No 
sound or picture. But It's very intermittent.  Has anyone run into this problem 
before? Any and all help would be appreciated. Thanks, Dave
