TeleramaTV here again,

That chassis has 250694, odds are slim to none that the flyback is bad. As 
an authorized TCE service center, for the past 52 years, I have serviced 
about 200 hundred of the 195's btw my shop and the three other shops we do 
work for. NEVER had a defective 250694

But......never say NEVER!
