[TA-A] RCA will not power up

I would really appreciate some advice on an RCA Model P52960 rear
projection TV.  It has chassis PTK195Y06B.  This television was donated
to my church youth group and it will not power up and I hear no relay
clicking if I connect it to A/C power and try to turn it on (also, the
buss-type inline fuse is still intact).  I assume it is in the primary
power supply and would like to have some advice on the most commonly
failing parts in that area.  I have done some research and feel pretty
sure that I will need to change the flyback transformer, but would like
to know other common weak points.
