[TechAssist] Re: RCA ticking sound

These sets and the 140 chasis were notorious for bad connects. The place
that normally causes the described problem is the small substrate diode
board on the left hand side of the main board just behind the flyback. It
sits just behind two big caps. Pull board and resolder all connections.
Check the dioides on the board and the two big caps in front of it.
