Unit is so new, no reported complaint recorded. Here's what I have on this
unit:

Just received a "Important and Urgent" message from Thomson, specificially
from Michael Begala, Manager, Product Technical Services...it goes as
follows:
Subject RCA/ProScan MM102G chassis involving the following models:MM27110
PS27810
MM32110 PS32810
MM36110 PS36810
MM52110 PS52810
MM6110 PS61810
DO NOT USE CHIPPER CHECK ON THESE INSTRUMENTS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES UNTIL
FURTHER NOTICE!!!
Make all instrument parameter adjustments via the front panel service mode.
This warning includes the above models or any MM series model that ends with
a "10" or chassis version whose letter ends with a "G".
"Use of Chipper Check could result in catastrophic register data errors that
are unrecoverable at this time. Will advise you when new Chipper Check code
will be available."
