[TechAssist] RCA VR-625HF VCR P/S squeals, need Schematic.

Hi fellow techs,

I need the value of R23 and voltage of zener D15 in the P/S.  Also does anyone 
have a schematic for this VCR?  I have changed many parts already and would 
like to fix it!  It seems to blow different parts every time I change the 
previous shorted parts.  Thankyou in advance.
