Hello,
These VCR'S play pre-recorded tapes in SP speed,with
most of the video bad. Has picture with sparky lines
in all,but the bottom 1/8 of video is good and sound
is good. Plays recorded tapes on SLP speed with good
video and sound. Any ideas would greatly appreciated.
