Thanks for the help everyone. The eprom did fix the no video problem. Now
there is no horizontal hold. Someone has worked on the set before me but I
have no idea what all they might have done. I checked all the flame proof
resistors and they are ok. Found one cap that was bad (C4105) but it was no
help. As large of a value as it is, (10ufd) I doubt that it is in that part
of the circuit anyway. As Phil said, I've already got way too much invested
in this thing in time so am going to have to set it aside for awhile. It
sucks working without schematics but such is life. You can't afford to buy
one for every set that comes in anymore.

Chuck-
Throw a five dollar eeprom in it. Don't even adjust anything-just see if
video is
restored. Nine out of ten times when the tuner wrap issue is present, the
video
loss is eeprom corruption. Sounds like you've invested a hundred bucks labor
already. Try it and see.
