Hi techs, I'm heading out one last time for 2002 and I would like to be prepared. Customer says there is an intermittent audio problem, it cuts out, increasing the volume does nothing and then suddenly its on full blast, reducing the volume sometimes too much causes it to cut out again. Could someone give me a place to start looking. Thanks much gentlemen.
