[TechAssist] RCA TV CTC203AC5 High pitch squeal

    This set was brought in with no power up. Plugged into 110 and got a 
high pitched squeal. No high voltage,fuse is good. No print on this. Also 
by chance if needing to change eeprom--dont have the new listing yet..
   Any and all help is appreciated.
Also if my sig is not coming thru, someone let me know,,,am using eudora 
pro and am not sure it is working right.
