[TechAssist] RCA T25062 video problem

Looks like a sync problem from tv and vcr with  pictures overlapping about
every half inch. OSD is OK. Have replaced IC200 (jungle) and X202 (jungle
crystal), subbed the jungle 3.58 crystal on advice of T/A - no difference.
Replaced IC202 (Y/C seperator - np change.
For your information, this unit is identical to the year 2000Samsung
CXJ2512.
