Not in Kiddie lock. (I know about that!) Plug in, push power, HV comes up OK and shuts down after about 3 seconds. Happens so quickly,as a test I devised, I isolated the two CRT filament pins and clipped my 6.3 volt ext. source to CRT so it is warmed up and awaiting power so I can see a display in an instant(to see if I have vertical, etc). Well, push power and hear sound, see a full, good color picture for the instant until shut down. HV is around 25KV.I did remove the mode switch assy and clean the switch. The stby volts seem OK,too. I have horiz, vertical, tuner, sound, color, proper HV anode volts, etc. The heads spin when I power on. If I push a tape in, it just slides in and doesn't grab it like it's not there. Need Input!!!
