[TechAssist] RCA Sat. Receiver DRD-302RA

We don't normally work on sat. receivers, but a good customer brought
this one in.  Seems it went out during one of our wonderful power
company's switching problems.. power kept going on and off in short
bursts!
Anyway, could use a print of the power supply section... seems that the
SMPS is working as we have some voltages, but unsure of what is missing
or incorrect!
I'll learn a lesson one day, not to take this sort of crap in! LOL
