[TechAssist] RCA Projo: PTK 188AB (CTC188A) 3 tries to start,HOT OK...fix

Very unusual design,this 188.Not like any other RCA PTV. My tech friend
did find four 2200mfd/50V lytics in the smps leaking.Replaced, still
same.
Removed the anode wire from fly to the HV block.Burnt at end!.
Bad HV block #205064.
Replacing stressed flyback as well: # 227853.
