[TA-A] RCA Projection TV convergence problem

I'm looking at an RCA (1998) projection TV, model #: P60820BL  Chassis No,: 
PTK195DC. The problems are as follows:
    1) Convergence problem - Top and bottom pin cushion for each gun
    2) Lost of "Adjust Projection TV" menu (option #4) on "Screen Menu"

I believe the problem is with the convergence board power supply, but I don't 
typically work on this type of sets, so I was wondering if someone has the 
repair manual for this chassis that can send it to me. I see that there are 
some resistors that are blown (one of them R19703), but it is hard to read the 
bands, I'm not sure if it is Red/Green Yellow or Brown/Green/Yellow. Does 
anyone has the value for these resistors? Would like to check values for:

    R19703
    R19722
    R19700
    R19701
    R19702
    R19711
    R19712
    R19713
