Might be cheaper to repair, but I don't repair them. I must have 50 bad ones. I have 5 in stock new. I can fix that problem in 10 minutes with the board. The time it takes me off another job will overtake the cheaper repair price. Also, if you don't replace all parts the first time you could spend more time trying to fix it. Don't need the headaches. It's in a PTV anyway. Same price as some tuners and flybacks in tabletops, we have to replace them, I just count this as one of them. I will fix them one day, maybe, after the boards are no longer available. Then it will be worth my time.
