[TechAssist] RCA PTV P52771AT CTC178L no sound

This set has no sound need print. The mute OSD doesn't come up on screen when 
pushed. Reinitialized EPROM. Need print to start with power supply and work 
back. Thanks. YES speakers are turned on.
