[TA-A] Re: RCA PTK169PABS(CTC169BT)MOMENTARY 145VOLT STAND-BY VOLTAGE

FIRST LOOK IF YOU HAVE HIGT VOLTAGE ,LOOK IF YOU HAVE 145 V IN THE COLECTOR OF 
TRANSISTOR HORIZNTAL ,IF YOU THIS TENSION AND IT SHUT DOWN FAST .
SECOND-DESCONET THE CABLE OF HV SPLITTER ,IF YOU HAVE HAVE HIGH VOLTAGE THE 
PROBLEM IS THE HV SPLITTTER ,BUT IF DON'T HAVE HIGT VOLTAGE THE PROBLEM IS 
FLYBAC IS IN SHORT.
